CESR Director of Program Kate Donald spoke as part of the "Framing Feminist Taxation" webinar organized by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice and ActionAid. Among speakers from Tax Justice Network Africa, the Asian People's Movement on Debt and Development, and others, Kate shared how human rights obligations and principles provide support for a feminist rethinking of tax policies and systems, drawing from CESR's Recovering Rights briefs and the Feminist Taxation guide.
